First Thing In the Morning: The first sunscreen application is the most important. Apply Aloe Up SPF 30 or 50 lotion, and wait 30 minutes before going in the water.

Reapply During the Day: Keep your sunscreen handy! Reapply SPF 15, 30, or 50 lotion or spray every 2 hours. Wait 15 minutes before going back in the water or sun.

When Using a Spray: Hold the container 4 to 6 inches from your skin, spray liberally, then spread by hand. Maximize usage by not applying in windy conditions.
